Chris Kaisand

Chris Kaisand currently assists companies in a variety of industries to outline and execute on their Business Development, Operations, Risk, and Transformation strategies. He has held positions as Chief Procurement Officer, Vice President, General Counsel, and Executive Partner for multiple small and large, public and private companies.   Chris has a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics and a JD/MBA and has been involved as a Board member, founder, investor and executive member of management teams in technology, regulatory, financial and customer service oriented firms.

 

Daren Eilert

Daren Eilert has been an integral part of the Common Agenda team since the beginning. As an executive customer advocate, he specializes in helping implement networking technologies. Daren’s demonstrated ability to bid, manage, and win large hardware, software and services deals in both Domestic and International markets, has helped his name become synonymous with ambition and leadership. With a positive and energetic customer focus, he rapidly assimilates new technology in changing markets with motivation toward strategic and tactical methods for successful outcomes. Even in the most challenging of situations, Daren is known for his accountability, integrity, and sincerity. From colleagues to customers to the boards he sits on, Daren is of the highest value to any team he is engaged with.

 

Eric Daniels

Eric Daniels is the Assistant Director, Office of Professional Learning at Thomas Edison State University. Eric has a professional background in non-profit compliance, technology, project management, online education, and workforce development. The bulk of his career has been spent at the director-level in higher education as well as being a consultant for entrepreneurial endeavors, and a contributor at public speaking engagements.  Eric holds a Master of Arts in Ancient Languages and has served as an advisor and board member to numerous humanitarian and non-profit organizations, in addition to holding elected positions in local government.

 

Katie Doeler

Katie Doeler is a business and financial strategy consultant for small businesses in a variety of industries. Starting out in corporate tax compliance, Katie specialized in tax credit research and development. Her professional background has grown to include experience in business strategy, HR, client relations, financial management, and operations. Katie has a Master of Science in Accounting and has served as a board member, advisor, and consultant to professional teams in technology, engineering, and customer-centric businesses.
