Julia Bocage is a Senior Client Partner, Executive Search Consultant with Common Agenda. She spent the first several years of her career working in a large global engineering and technology company, rotating through various Human Resources positions. Her experience in the field, working closely with leaders and employees, enabled her to fully grasp and understand the importance of a company’s most valuable asset: their people. After a few rotations (tactical and strategic), three different states, and supporting several businesses, Julia made the move from the corporate world to recruiting.

Here at Common Agenda, Julia focuses her attention on business development, managing some key client accounts, and high-level search engagements. From startups to Fortune 500s, Julia easily maneuvers through the fast-paced recruiting industry. While her talents are evident in her successful hires within the technology sector, Julia has a passion for Non-profit and Industry Association recruiting and serves as trusted advisor to clients within that niche. Easy to work with, dedicated, and outgoing, Julia is often the consultant of choice by both our clients and candidates.

Julia lives in Flemington, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
