Laurel has a background in Customer Service, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing with extensive training in Employee Management. She was an Assistant Center Director at an educational institute before beginning her career in recruiting. Prior to joining the Common Agenda team, she served as a Sourcing Specialist and then a Talent Acquisition Director.

In addition to being our Director of Operations, Laurel manages marketing, client engagement, special projects, and plays a significant part in the recruitment process. She specializes in sourcing for Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Association professionals and has subject matter expertise in Non-profits and Technical societies. Laurel’s adaptability, amiable personality, and efficiency has made her a valuable resource for our firm and a favored contact for our clients and candidates.

Laurel lives in Middletown with her husband, two dogs, and any other stray critters she finds along the way.
